Our Policies
Our appointments are closed sessions. Because micropigmentation requires your selected artists full attention, we do not allow visitors during your appointment. Any persons under the age of 18 are prohibited from attending your appointment for safety reasons.
DEPOSITS
We require a card on file to secure your appointment as part of our protection plan. If the appointment is cancelled less than 24 hours in advance of the scheduled appointment time, the card will be charged
PAYMENTS ACCEPTED
Final payment is made on the day of your appointment. We accept all major credit cards (this includes debit cards) Afterpay, and cash only. We do not accept personal checks.
TOUCH UPS & SCHEDULING TOUCH UPS
We offer one touch up ($75) at 6-8 weeks with your initial session. This is sufficient for the average client. This will allow us to enhance your new eyebrows, and fill in any places where the pigment may have faded or fallen during the healing process. If additional touch ups are required, this will be addressed and a quote for a 3rd visit will be provided to you. We will schedule your touchup before you leave your first appointment. We require this touchup within 6 to 8 weeks from your original appointment but not more than 9 weeks. This is the only way to ensure your best results.
If you “no show” (do not call and do not come to) your touch up appointment, you will forfeit the right to a discounted touch up and be required to pay the full amount of $175 upon booking another. We will allow you to reschedule your touch up once. If you need to reschedule for a second time, there will be a charge and you will be required to pay this in advance.
RESCHEDULING
We will allow you to reschedule your appointment once before forfeiting your deposit paid. When rescheduling for a second time you may also be required to pay in full in order to book a new appointment.
RESULTS
Prestige Salon & Day Spa does not guarantee healed results. The final result will vary from person to person depending on your skin. Powder or pencil may still be required to give you the results you desire.
PREVIOUSLY MICROBLADED
If you have had your eyebrows microbladed before by another artist please make us aware of this during your consultation appointment. Additional time/appointments may be required at an additional fee. Any correction work will be priced based on your individual needs.
PRICING
Pricing for services may change with certain promotional offers or advertisements. Your total will be defined as the advertised total cost at the time of your consultation and deposit has been made. Prices are subject to change without notice and cancelling/rescheduling may forfeit any promotional price.

Cancellation Policy
In order to continue providing the highest quality services to our clients, Prestige Wellness Salon & Spa has a Cancellation, No-Show, and Late Appointment policy. We understand that your time is valuable, as is ours. As a courtesy, we send a reminder to confirm your service appointments at least 24-48 hours prior to your scheduled appointment.
Cancellations
We request at least 24 hours notice for cancellations. Please call us and if you have to cancel.
As a courtesy you will receive a reminder text 48 hours before your actual appointment. We understand that emergencies happen and will discuss last minute cancellations with you.
Late Arrivals
We know that life can be hectic and that sometimes there are things that are out of your control - we totally get it! Please call us if you think you will arrive late for your appointment. If you arrive late, we will try to adjust our schedule and take you at the later time. However, your session may be shortened in order to accommodate others whose appointments follow yours. Depending upon how late you arrive, your technician will determine if there is enough time remaining to start a service. If there isn't, we may ask you to reschedule your visit for another day.
Regardless of the length of of the service you are actually given, you will still be responsible for the cost of the "full" appointment.
No Shows
If you NO SHOW after your appointment confirmation 48 hours prior, you will be required to pay the following:
First time: 50% of what your service total would have been
Second time: 100% due of what your service total would have been
