Securing a Date & Deposit

In order to secure your appointment date, please check availability with us by calling us at (508) 671-0069.

All private events require a deposit of 20% of the total service cost. Please note that your full deposit will be credited toward your final and total bill, which will be due immediately after services are rendered at our salon. If you cancel two (2) week before your scheduled event, 50% of your deposit will be refunded. If you cancel within two (2) week of your scheduled event, your entire deposit will be forfeited.

Your event will be secured after deposit has been received. All bookings are made on a "first-come-first-served" basis. No dates will be guaranteed without a credit card on file.

Confirmed Booking & Schedule

Once the credit card information and deposit have been received, you will receive a detailed itinerary listing the day's appointments and cost of each service.

The itinerary must be received, signed, and returned to Prestige Salon & Day Spa. These services are subject to our lateness & cancellation policies, which you can see below. Your party guest list and service selections must be confirmed two (2) weeks prior to the scheduled event date.

We can't guarantee to service extra appointments without prior notice, but we promise to do our best to accommodate them!

Cancellation Policy

We require two (2) weeks notice for any cancellation or service changes.

If any appointments for guests are cancelled/changed after that time, 50% of the cancelled service total will be charged. Services changed or cancelled less than one (1) day prior to the scheduled event date will be charged the full amount of the original scheduled service.

Please remember that if you cancel two (2) weeks before your scheduled event, 50% of your deposit will be refunded. If you cancel within two (2) weeks of your scheduled event, your entire deposit will be forfeited.

No Shows / Lateness

Your promptness is required and valued in order to effectively accommodate your group. Please show up 15 minutes before your scheduled event time.

Due to the size of our team, we cannot guarantee appointments for guests arriving more than 15 minutes past their scheduled appointment times. This would be considered a no show and 50% of that service total will be charged to the credit card on file.
