Massage is performed with long flowing strokes, kneading with gentle to medium pressure. A Swedish massage is great for relaxation and stress relief. This massage is a good choice if you’ve never had a massage before.

Deep Tissue

Massage is performed using slow firm strokes to target deeper layers of muscles & connective tissue. Massage Therapist uses knuckles, forearms, thumbs and elbows with medium to deeper pressure. After receiving this massage keep hydrated, make sure to stretch & don’t over work joints/muscles.

Prenatal Massage

Similar to a Swedish massage using light to medium pressure. Performed side lying with 3 to 4 pillows (preference can be more or less). Can be performed reclined with 4 pillows – depends on trimester & comfortability. Focusing on scalps, back, shoulders, legs and feet. Avoiding hands, arms, ankles, pelvis & pressure points on feet as they all link to contractions. This massage is performed in your 3rd trimester.

Cupping Massage

An ancient alternative therapy that uses suction cups on the skin. The cups draw blood flow to a certain area to help relieve muscles. The technique is with silicone cups with different sizes. Often leaves purple/red circle marks onto skin that last up to 5 – 10 days. The lighter the marks the healthier the skin and blood is. After cupping avoid hot showers, saunas, ice baths and avoid alcohol after 24 hours of a cupping session.
